In collaboration with NASA’s Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley, I was contacted by the department head of the Thermophysics Facilities Branch to design an original patch for their team, which specializes in thermal protection systems for spacecraft re-entry, including work conducted at the Arc Jet Complex. Utilizing Canva and Adobe Illustrator in tandem, I developed multiple design iterations, working closely with the department head to refine concepts until we finalized a design that met their vision and standards. The approved patch is now proudly used at their facility, representing the branch’s critical contributions to NASA’s mission of advancing space exploration and technology.
